Hey, that does not fix the problem; it only moves me around in "support" facility...

Why i have to cruise around to get the problem fixed ?

A phone number for support departement would have been better at lees.
Hpw many time will i have to waste & wait until someone capable will fix that problem
Seems to me the support team is sleeping somewhere.

Hello zoom, the ticket system is not working from couple years ago - all players report their issues and get help here on forum. Please specify the payment method you are trying to use for recharge and how it is not working, also add a screenshot showing the issue

I have no screen shot like you asked
I am using PayPal to pay the recharge

Here is the message I get when trying to recharge:

" Suspension of Payment

Payment reversals have been requested from your account transactions.
Please contact us within 48 hours in order to avoid having your account blocked for security reasons.

But as you said: ticket system is not efficient to solve the problem.

So what should I do to resolve it; I have already invest much $$ to improve my game & would not like to abandon this time & $$ investment.

Hi zoom,

'Suspension of Payment' is a lock put onto your recharge facility if player has done a chargeback (taken back or disputed the money after a recharge). Policy to unlock such a suspension is almost always that player must repay the moneys they took back before GTArcade will allow them to recharge again in future.

If you wish us to ask to have this lifted, we are going to need a screenshot of your recharge payment history, showing the payment for which a chargeback was done, or disputed.

This will be from your GTArcade account payment history please (not paypal history).

No chargeback was done on my account because i closed the dispute with paypal and the payment was taken in my bank account. So GTArcade (or Yuzu) lost nothingand have no reason to suspend my account.

As to recharge payment history I can't find that page on my opening page of account. Where can I get the history ?

There is no chargeback at all; GT arcade was pay in full for the transaction. I can copy you the purchase trough Paypal on 2020/04/27

It's been a week now I am seeking help to fix this suspension problem; all I get from support is NOTHING close to solve it.

GT has everything it needs to cancel that stupid suspension of them.

Hi Pad,

From your Screenshot, I see 2 different types of recharge, we need to know which transaction was disputed through paypal, I see if you use quick recharge it goes through but when you use paypal it gets declined.
