Account Issue after new update

Dear Dev and Mod,
Today, I faced a lot of issue in my gaming account. First, my pet table is not showing. Second, my sky trinity emblem trigger is not working in sky battle. Third and most important problem is, my account is always stuck/freeze when I am enter the gaming room. The game is not smoothly working from my account but it's work from my other arena account. Please check my account all issue and fix it as soon as possible. for your information, today many times I uninstall and reinstall the game. But the game problem is not solved. Also my arena other 2 players are face the same issue. I am sending some screenshots_____

The pet tablet issue has been reported and will be fixed soon.
For the skyfall issue, we need a video to see what’s happening during the mode. Upload video to streamable.com and share the link here.
For the freezing concern, please see following recommendation directly from support.
1. Your device must have enough storage capacity (try deleting some unused files/applications)
2. Make sure there are no running apps on the background as it consumes your RAM/Memory (Please close it if there's any)
3. Try to clean up RAM/memory then restart the device.
4. Close the game and restart device
5. Clear cache/data of game on phone settings or try to re-install (NOTE: Make sure that your account is bound to one of the binding platforms to avoid trouble in finding it back.)
6. Make sure the app is updated and the internet connection is strong.
