No Sylph gear option

I am level 90 now but I still have no Sylph gear or Sturdiness option when I open Sylph Hall. I just buy a box of Sylph gear and choose Drakan Feather and I refresh as well but is still no option in Sylph Hall. Is there something I must do first? Maybe I am missing something. Can some one please help. Many thanks.

My sister just told me what I am missing. I have to be level 10 in Divine Realm first. I never looked at that...silly me... and I am still level 1 there. Sorry to bother you
