It occurred to me that there could be a new alliance option, especially for small rings.

The idea would be that, for example, 3 to 5 small alliances that were not more than 1500,000,000 in power could join, giving the possibility of allying together with others.

It would be 5 clans that separately could not compete but united they would be stronger and would share the benefits for example of attacking the rebel leaders.

Good to level up smaller alliances faster
Good to level some kingdom uneven by the great alliances
Well since they would have more possibilities of defending against attacks by great players
Good to meet more people and help each other and that small alliances do not disappear until the big ones attack them
The clans that formed this alliance could not attack each other but could for example attack high-level rebel camps together or high-level dragon baits
The clans would not lose their flag but they would unite with another one and a chief and the rest of the clan chiefs would be designated a chief.

I think it's a good idea especially for those who are starting to help themselves.
