Elite event challenge a cross server event??

Is the Elite Event Challenge a cross server event or it is only for ONE server??

Thats my reason for asking and my case

15/5/2020 K98 Server 07:00-08:00 I did a research that put me in the no 62 of the LoL of the server (only in construction) and without having the previous buildings upgrades, i would be approximately in the 70 spot. So i expected to have at the least the same place in the elite event challenge of building + research + rebel groups but i was 16 places lower. That means -if it is an one server event- that all people above me have done better score than me THE SAME HOUR (07:00-08:00) and some who had a little lower score in LOL have covered the distance (of a research over a million, 1,3 i think in normal points not LOL) only by hitting rebel groups. Is that possible or it is just randomness?

Dear Lord,

I very much believe they are coupling several servers together but can't take this as an information, the answer would be to allow us to see the rankings in order to answer this.
