new hero suggestion too balance game

i think that there should be a hero like loa 3 vivian skill wise will stop teams from 1 shotting and first rounding not too mention would make people get l4 armors more since they would actually be more useful her second skill limits the amount of max hp that can be lost when being attacking not allowing heros too get 1 shotted right away which would actually make more builds useable instead of everyone having the same setup would take at last two shots regardless of how strong a hero is
