Monkey King totally broken

Hero stats appear normal in Character and in Party, but in battle almost nothing is normal. No round skill at all and agility / battle order is completely messed up

Please notice the battle agility taken from battle log and compare with the stats.  Also the overall battle rating showing in log is wrong - and what is missing from the correct one is pretty much MK's battle rating

It is almost like Monkey King does not exist in my party. Already tried the quick fix (switch to backup and revert, out of party and back in) - nothing works. I hope the fix will be fast, this is not some minor bug. Please let me know if you need any additional info or screenshots.
