Hi Team,

This is an entirely diffrent post than what I posted last week.
The last post has been resolved as the purchased items in Point Store has been manually sent to me and I received the items already. (I placed Green stars in summary of Purchase in Point Store)

Because of my expiring G-Points, I had to make purchases again last  May 18 for the Free Weekly and last May 19 for G-Point exchange and until today, I have not receoved the items (Red arrows in the picture with summary of purcahsed items):

1. Exchanged for 280 G-Points, Resource Pack:
Nectar 10pcs
Jackpot Lotto Vouchaers 10pcs
Capsule Coin 10pcs
Fortune Bag Token 10pcs


2. Exchange for 12,888 G-Points, Rare Pack:
Armament Chest (Golden) 1pc
Lvl8 Angel Essence Combo Chest 1pc


3. Free Limited Free Pack:
Capsule Coin 30pcs
Craft Energy Card (10 energy) 3pcs


4. GTArcade Weekly Rewards
Blessed Stones 400pcs
Magic Mount Souls 600 pcs
Honor Mark 600pcs

5. GTArcade Weekly Reward (Above Lvl 90)

I forgot the level of fused gems but nevermind, I'm interested only in Nos. 1-4 above


Is it only me and another person (there is another post also regrding purchased items not received) who has problem?

I'd like to avoid having last minute shopping because of expiring G-point so I will make purchase now weekly.
A big inconvenience to weekly post in Support if this is not fixed soon.
My lessons learned is after purchase, clean the mails.
Then report right away after 1 day and not hope to have the system send the mail after 2 days. It's not gonna happen.
Otherwise, I will have to make a lot of mail screenshots again

Hi Mistraven,

I checked my in-game mails and the items has not been sent yet until today.

Then today, the sign appears for me again to make the weekly claim for the Weekly Login (please see the "G" icon which appears weekly to signify for me to claim) and the weekly free at pint store (please see the "FREE" text on the Point Store gift icon).

I'd like to claim these but I don't wan't to get things confusing for the Devs. So I'll just claim this later.

The problem if I claim those later is that my clock does not "reset" now to start again the counting for the 1-week cycle.

So, kindly help make a follow through with the Devs on my last reported problem.

No, please claim them, and then provide us with a list of the gift pack codes again if they still don't arrive, keep that clock going please

I received the items already.

However, issue is still not fixed and I have not received claimed items last 5/26 and 6/2.
I will make a new thread for this.

Hi Crazy Bhoi,

Good to hear that they are keeping up to date with sending you the items you report, and sorry they haven't been able to fix the underlying issue yet.

We have another player with same problem, and he provided a short video clip showing how he was redeeming the G-Points into packs, which we passed to devs.

Would you be so kind as to record on as well, so they can hopefully solve it for you as well? This site is very easy to use and you could just paste the link here of the clip https://recordit.co/

And yes, please give details of any further unreceived packs you claim
