Battle log - army bonuses bug

I have been having a bug for over 2 weeks now and I haven't found any solution to this. When I try to check army bonuses stats from any report, they don't load,when they don't load, it simply shows a blank report like the screenshot shared on this thread. I've tried using self-repair, clean cache, reinstall the app and nothing works. I would appreciate finding a solution to this due it's an important part of wars. Thank you in advance.
