Help Please. The game initialises but Black Screen problem

Can anyone help, the game was fine this morning, UK tie, but when I tried to open it this evening, the game initialises correctly, but when it launches all I am getting is a black screen, so am unabe to play.
The Forum, Support and other boxes on the lef hand side are all visisble.
I have tried clearing the cache and have re-started the laptop, but no joy.
I am playing in Chrome, not the GT Arcade app, as the game won't open through that on my laptop.

Dear andrew,

Have you tried using another browser to see if it works such as OperaGX or another one. Does it not load at all just straight to a black screen?. What is your in-game name and kingdom #. If you have already cleared your browser cache you could try clearing your DNS cache but unsure if that would help with this issue but, doesn't hurt to try.  If you are unsure how to clear your DNS cache here is how.
