Rebel Camps no longer display the diamonds they can give, bug or bad change?

After the most recent patch, Rebel Camps (that used to display the possible diamond reward amounts from the Spoil Chest) no longer show any amount of diamonds. This makes players who wish to do rebel camps waste more time, gold, and troops only to find out that camp was not even worth attacking or scouting. Please don't make changes that waste player's time when there was not a problem with the previous version of Rebel Camps.

I decided to post here because I asked the VIP Support at 9:00AM GMT and they could not answer properly for some reason as they thought it was always like this...which confused me even more as people who play the game regularly would be very aware of this noticable change.

Is this a bug or an intended change?

This was the most horrendous change.  They were so quick to block and update the Rebel Leader bug that benefitted players, figured they can just as easily have fixed this while they were at it.
