Items Not Received (Wkly/Point Store) Part 3

Hi Team,

I'd like to make a report for items not received. This is not related to previous reported items not received because those have been sent manually and received already.This is the latest items not rceived for 5/26 and June 2 claim from Weelkly Free and from Point Store.

I tried to do a video for the recent purchase/claiming of itrems but it was not successfully uploaded to Recordit.
I have however made another video yesterday after the failed one and but it is showing only the purchased items and the mails with 55 pages as I cant make another purchase for this week for the items I need to buy.

In the in-game mails, what is in there is just the received claim from 5/19 purchased items. This is the one you will see in the video.
But for 5/26 and 6/2 claimed/bought items you will notice in the video that those are not in there.
I have not deleted any mail yet that is why it is 55 pages mostly attributed to Roses event right now.


In  summary for 2 weeks (5/26 and 6/2 claim) these are the items below :
1. Resource Pack, bought with 280 G Points (bought in 6/2 only, because I did not buy last 5/26)

• Blessed Stone 1200pcs in total for the two weeks
• Honor Mark 1200pcs in total for the two weeks
• Magic Mount Soul 1200pcs in total for the two weeks
  

4. Exchange-GTArcade Weekly Reward (above Lv. 90) :

• Level 10 Fuse Gem 2pcs in total for the two weeks

Hi bofu,

I forgot to mention that i uninstalled and then downloaded the Desktop app and then installed the latest downloaded setup file.

Also, when purchasing/claiming from Point store or the weekly free, the game is on another screen and the point store is on another screen.Both are open at the same time. Not sure though if this affects anything but would like to mention this too.
I'd like to mention too that I took part in the last testing of the desktop. I think it was last Feb.
Not sure if something was done at the backend for my account.

The items above have not been received yet.. btw slight correction on the Blessed stone and its 400 and not 600 per week(I confirm it when I tried claiming for this week as this disappear after claiming). But Devs should know this :

Honor Mark 1200pcs in total for the two weeks

For this week (6/12):

I claimed the Weekly free and also the Point store free.
