KvK, annoying or fun?

If you see the randomly assignment it depends on which side you are.Outnumbered or you get the drop on in a huge superiority.Imo that make no sense.It´s too imbalanced in a lot of times.

Ok, let me see the outnumbered side: What you can do? Gathering the whole day, always watching your troops and nodes.Pretty funny.Next step, your server lose.I dont wanna complain about losing, thats a part of the game.
Next day you get lvl1 to lvl3 diamondmines. Ok, sounds good.But .... Where are these lvl3 mines and how many? Ridiculous, really.We are round about 100 player close to a castle (Riverrun on K6).In a radius from 100 km are maybe
10 to 15 lvl3 mines the whole day long. Atm in a radius from 50km is one lvl2, nothing else.On some big areas close to the castle spawn not a single mine.Every time the same happen.

That is more like ridiculous, that is a damned cheek, if you will pardon this expression.
Did you really think, that is FUN?
You do a lot of other stuff, like dragon colour and slt, imo senseless things on which you wasting your time, but basics will be ignored all the time.

I think the way they match the servers is problematic and they need to change the algorithm.

Lets say that Kingdom A has 2,000 players with 100 million power each
And Kingdom B has 200 players with 1 billion power each

It is clear that Kingdom A will be crushed. In fact 10 players with 1 billion power each will destroy 2000 players with 100 mil power each. One player with one billion power is far far superior to 100 players with 100 million power.

So what they need to do is to calculate the total power of top 100 or 40  players and match the servers based on that. Be cause really the top 40 or sometimes top 10 players determines the outcome.

KvK is definitely one of the best events and those who don't like it... can always bubble for a day...
Diamond mines are problem... People think that thousands of them will appear on the map and they will, but low level mine and no one wants low level mine... And that's people problem not a "game" problem.
Game problem is in map... Around great castles we have regular mines from 1-4/5 , rebel camps from 1-5 , rebel leaders 1-5 and rebel groups from 1 to 25 and if elite rebel appear + diamond mine... The map become overcrowded.
My opinion is that diamond mine should be canceled ,they are extremely annoying and people always fight for few hundreds of blues like junkies for one dose of nirvana... Since there is no way that they will be canceled... I have a better idea...
Diamond mines should appear in player castle few times per day and level of that mine should be decided by points that that player earned  during kvk

Always fun for me so far.
I lost the first one where I didn't know what I was doing, then won the next 3.

Jumping around hitting smaller players and nodes worked like a charm for me so far on the last ones. As long as you're afraid of your own shadow, release enemy lords and jump often you can avoid bigger guys.

Doesn't bring a lots of points compared to the top dogs, but it still feels good.

I always hated the Diamond Mine day.... Everyone is fighting over the Mines

I suggest that GT keep the overall amount of diamond available the same, but make it so that everyone can mine them equally:-

E.g. Winning server diamond mines gives 500 diamonds each, Losing server diamond mines gives 100 diamonds each.

Basically ensuring that everyone gets something, while the higher leveled and more researched players still get more - without needing to fight over T4/T5 mines ~

Kvk event would be fine if it would reward player efforts, but it doesnt. alliance and indivudual claims are very easy to complete - why not add more levels to it? the event is 24hrs straight but the little rewarding claims can be completed in 2hrs of gathering for any player.
Then theres rank rewards... wooow... rank rewards have less value than the little rewarding claims. But to actually rank high you have to play 12+ hours straight.
Ok There are unsullied medals for rewards in individual rank, but to actually get these, to actually compete for top3 you will have to spend so much in precise ports, speeds, death of soldiers, boots (if it is a competetive matchup) that it will actually be a lot cheaper to buy these from store.

I have ranked top3 and two times to top10, the little i get back from this event is somewhat 2-5% of gems value of what i had to spend to rank that high.

Then theres the retarded diamonds day... whyy??? after 24h of fighting i have to gather my reward ? somewhat 10k diamonds if im very competetive in finding these... Cmon, nobody wants to have another competition for diamonds just after the most demanding event in the game.

Other things are - kingdoms are too small which makes the event boring in time, first there used to be 10 alliances in one kingdom or so both sides fighting in the event, now theres what ? 3-5? most of the kingdoms have few alliances and lot of alts, which allso kills the competition.

So overall... Kvk would be a fun and competetive event if it would actually have attractive rewards for any kinda player. till the rewards have no value, most players will just make the claims and log off since kvk is not the only event anymore - AOD, AC, CCS... all are more valuable to play, take a lot less effort and have no risk(except CCS) whatsoever. sso sure most players will rather keep theyr buffs for these events than waste theyr time and effort on something which has no rewards but high risks.

So overall anybody who whishes to hardcore compete in the current kvk is simply retarded or a huge spender, since you cant come out from it as a winner if u just spent 200k gems worth of stuff. then tryhard the next day to gather some back.
