Hello,

about 4h ago I bought 100 BD via Browser (Firefox) and by clicking "recharge" there was an error message "stay too long, please try again". I then quit the error message (cancel/abort) und did get no black diamonds. But my credit card was charged nevertheless with 10,74€.
Because I don't know if this happens again, I can't buy any more diamonds. Without them, playing on does not make much sense for me.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

Another problem is, that there is no ID or whatsoever for this transactions. I'm aware, that this can happen with connections losses, cookies and everything, but there should be an ID were I can put a specific payment to a specific transfer of black diamonds. The information on the credit card bill always says the same. No ID. THis is very bad, especially for you guys. You have to prove that you delievered the "cargo" when someone paid for it and calls for justice in front of court. So in your own interest, please add an ID system and fix this issue.

Hello babyphd,

on my history list, there is no entry, because I did past payments via Internet Browser (Firefox) and not via app.
Also, the ordner number does not show up on the credit card bill. I also didn't receive any ingame-letter.
