Guild broken for 1 1/2 years now (June 2020)

Ever since migration from AMZGAME to GTARCADE, those who had guilds cannot access or use them. They cannot quit their old guild, disband it, or join a newer guild created on GTA LOA site.Additionally, as a result of no guild access, players from the old AMZgame site cannot play Gauntlet. make no progress in CoM, items are locked in alliance shop, and other problems.
This has been going on for 1 1/2+ years now.


Previously we were told that you were 'working on it'.


Surely it shouild have been fixed or remedied long ago.
Players cannot effectively compete against or even with their peers due to guild related issues.
How is that any fun?

Perhaps you can give the old guild leader some kind of coins that represent what they had, members what they contributed, and dissolve the old guilds.
That way they can recreate a new guilds with the same levels and things that they used to have.

My patience has come to an end after all this time.
On or about Dec 31st 2020, I will have to abandon the game and go elsewhere (NOT GTA COMPANY) for my loyalty and patronage, unless GTA can either fix the guild problems or allow me to recreate another guild with the same levels and accomplishments.

That will make guilds broken for two years which is long enough to fix any issues.

Please let me know definitively if you are going to fix guild problems or not fix the problems or not allow recreation of guilds.

And please let me and others know as soon as possible on your decision.
(NOT wait until December to tell us anything but perhaps within 30 days let us know one way or the other?)

my shift is almost over, so I will not have time to come back and give you an update on this straight away, but I will check all our old reports and try to see when this problem was reported to us, when it was forwarded to devs and what their reply was.

We will then share that info with the rest of the mod team so that the next mod on duty can reply, and if necessary re-report the issue for you

Having said that,

can you give further details on why not being in a live guild prevents you from doing Clash of Might, or why/how it could be preventing you from accessing the Alliance shop? That doesn't make sense to me within the game dynamics so if you explain how the alliance shop is locked (and show a screenshot maybe?) and why you cant play in CoM etc, I will look into that as well

It doesn't matter now. Game switching to Windows Only gameplay by end of the year.
I use Linux on an old OLD computer that cannot be updated to Win10.
