Hey there when exactly did you recharge? What date?

Could you provide us with an uncropped screenshot of any recharge from your hot event please, possibly Rose Bargain or Super Value capsule

  • I recharged yesterday...I cropped out my fb and email name to keep it off public forum. I showed you feather prizes where it did not show I recharged. FB also sent the devs a notice about it. Please don't teach me not to recharge...I learn quick. Trying to post pic with date

We have no dates on any of those SS, and they are kind of blurry.

You would have had to recharge on July 1st to get that special from hot events.

If you can get as an SS with a date, we can look at it again.

I attached the feather reward again. This time with date today. The SS of the payment is there with a date. If you choose not to honor the payment I'll dispute and reverse it. Let me know if I need to do that. Also don't tell me it is blurry. You are the control over size and resolution.

I have disputed the charge with my bank and facebook. I'll let them deal with the refund of charge and the issue between facebook and you. Obviously something got in the way of the recharge and you don't seem to want to resolve it.

The date on the FB one shows "yesterday", yesterday is not a date.

We need the recharge history with the exact date.

Also, just bear in mind, that if you  do a chargeback, you will lose your ability to recharge in the game.

The date on the list says yesterday and the date on the computer shows the actual date. I am not responsible for how facebook displays these items.

Meanwhile -  I have reported the incident to my bank and facebook.

I would think given your ability to look at my record you could see if I recharged or not. Given your attitude about my report I assume my long history of sending you money means nothing to you but the $3 failure is more important than my continued business. Since I have never reported such things before perhaps you might think I am being honest about it and am unwilling to pay for something you didn't give me. I am not blaming you just reporting an incident with my money. I assumed the problem to be between FB and you.

Meanwhile my bank is investigating as is Facebook. If you choose to cut me off due to that that is certainly your option.

  • One last attempt to prove to you I am not lying about 3 lousy dollars. Look at the receipt I just attached.

    I would also like to raise this to a Sr moderator. I doubt they would be willing to lose an active client who is just honestly trying to report what I think is probably a technical glitch between FB and GT.

Hello Jammer, can we please start over - you are clearly judging on false premise here
You said " given your ability to look at my record " - that is something we cannot do. Moderators are just players like you, we can only look at what you are showing us.
Our job here is to gather the information and forward the reports to developers. We cannot ask developers to check or fix anything if we do not have proper proof in the report - they would just send it back as incomplete
So we do want to help you but we will not be able to if you get mad instead of providing what we ask for.
For screenshots, please use this https://prnt.sc  to avoid the size limit issue. You can upload any image and just post the link.
For your report we need the screenshot with feather event - without any cropping or resolution change, clearly showing all the info like game name and server (chat box) and a screenshot from recharge history (computer date can be changed so developers will never accept it as reference)
Also please stop using the quick / floor reply cause we do not get notified for it

Those screen shots are no longer available as the game has moved on and I recharged again. I was trying very hard to supply what you folks wanted but was never given anything but "that is not enough".

Meanwhile FB figured out that you never got payment and reimbursed me my money.

THIS is what I was trying to let you guys know about. If players can't recharge or it is lost it's not good for anyone.

That said you can't expect someone not to be unhappy if their money is lost I hope you agree.

On a final note if your methods of attach or reply forms don't work for you I would suggest you fix that so your customers can effectively report problems.

Thanks for your reasonable response we can close this but again it may happen again to others.
