Unable To Dye Dragon!

I sent this as a Support Ticket, but since I can never seem to get a response there, I'm posting it here, too!:


I am UNABLE TO DYE MY DRAGON! I get the error, "Unable to dye dragon while he's away" (or something like that), but he's always SITTING RIGHT THERE. This happens whether I'm playing via Facebook, in GameRoom, or even in the GTArcade gaming app!


Please advise.

This occurs when you have sent him out on expedition or haven't claimed the rewards from a previous expedition. Please check your dragons and let us know the results .
