Bug : Keyboard

After todays patch I've lost the use of the keyboard in game, since I can use it outside the game, like type this here it is not hardware. I cannot type anything in chat or enter numbers on the the troops build screen, I get a chime sound each time I hit a key in game. I've tried restarting the client and the laptop which made no different. I can interact using the mouse.
Update: This happened again, it appears then the game window has lost the input focus or not gotten it at (re)start.

I think this might be related to the emissaries not actually appearing, but expected, something invisible or below the visible object has the focus.

Hi Martin,
The chime sound you hear happens occasionally for me and its when the computer is not selecting it as the current active window. Sometimes alt tabbing to another window and then back fixes this for me. I'd also try reinstalling if the issue persists for you. Let me know your results!
