bad notifications of the appli

Hi,
I de-checked the Alliance Gift notification.
Yet, I get a lot of them ASAP I am on another appli than GOT, and it's totally boring for me.

Can you fix this problem ASAP ?

Can you leave your in-game name so we can file a report for you? Also, is this from desktop application or browser?

This is from the desktop app. A box appears at the bottom right notifying you of superfluous information such as when an alliance gift has been received. Removing all of the notifications from the notification switch under settings has no effect.

Please follow a screenshot below to turn off your notification.

1. Choose settings
2. Untick "Receive notification while game is running"
