Do we think it would be a good idea to add Level 5 Leaders within the Tree Line for each Castle City instead of just in KL?

Dear Lady/Lord jojo70,

Rebel Leaders 5 are located only in KL to give the city an advantage that no other one has in the world map because of course, KL represents the main Great City of the GoT Universe. It is pretty much the same with level 5 ressources nodes.

    I understand what you are saying. KL has level 5 gathering nodes, but they do not require you to do research for you to gather from them. Level 5 Rebel Leaders do require research. Level 5 rebel camps may also appear within the treeline of great cities. Surely having a few of each type in the treeline wouldn't  take away from KL. Some food for thought. Cheers for your response.
