Desktop App 3.0 BETA "Forced" Update

What's the deal with that? As far as I understand, the new DeskApp are still in Beta version, which mean it's not STABLE yet. And it is NOT STABLE! The game lagging so much and the loading time is riddiculously LONG! AND WHY everytime I re-install the App using OLD installer, it UPDATE ITSELF to the "new" BETA version?FOR F**K SAKE STOP THIS NONSENSE!

everything runs smooth with old version.
but then desktop updated, and everything turn into sh!tshow.
new desktop sucks.
