I am having trouble everytime the desktop updatres, it gets to 5%. then craps out and when I hit RETRY, I get this damn error message, I then have to uninstall and reimnstall...please fix the update, I am getting tired of having to reinstall every couple of days...

Hey there, this is a technical issue from your end.

.dll file on your computer must be missing or corrupted.

I would suggest you go to this site https://www.dllme.com  and type in the missing .dll file in the search bar and download it. Then you should be able to reinstall the desktop app.

The missing .dll file is "libcrypto-1_1.dll"
