I'm having the same problem, it keeps looping me back to the allow access to GTArcade desktop app and the browser. I had to use another account to get into the forums cos it wont let me in it either.
I have already done what you guys said (cookies, DNS), and even restarted my laptop several times.
When I go into my yahoo mail every single login attemp is there ( dozens), it says I actually logged into GTarcade.
When I try to loging with my main account I find no problem cos I use my gmail for that. So the problem is not the browser or the desktop app.

Please someone help me?

I found a new problem this morning thou, I managed to access my account but its NOT IT... when I logged into the account my castle and everything was gonne, the game zeroed everything!!
Then I logged into my other account and went to see the spot where my lvl16 castle used to be and its STILL THERE!!
So explain to me how is this possible, the castle is there, and if you scout it its all there but when I login into it..its back to lvl 1... somehow I lost my way into that account. Please help me.

Ps: Somehow I already know this will end up in nothing, all those black diamonds invested are gonna go to waste...

Ps2: this is the location K:32 X:457 y:391 ( if you go look, it's still there, I had to transfer my main account from K162 just so I can keep an eye on it)

This has been an on-going problem for days now. Devs don't care, and have no clue what they're doing. All they know how to do is copy and paste responses about clearing cookies, and deleting/reinstalling the app when it is clearly a problem beyond a single computer.

Funny thing about these Devs, they blame the Yahoo team, but if you contact Yahoo support they are saying they have nothing to do with it. Yahoo actually responds in a timely matter though, while GT arcade slowly spits out copied, and pasted responses while they have paying members who have no access to the game.

  • Roll that's the best these devs can do. After having no access to our accounts for over 3 days they want to offer us bubbles for our already zeroed castles. Refund us our money or restore access to our accounts.
