Game is totally screwed!

My server is completely unstable. The server is crashing every 10 minutes or less after I am able to log back into the game and I can't log in after it crashes for anywhere between 5 - 20 + minutes each time it crashes. I am getting horrendous lag and it takes forever to load something if it even loads at all. I am constantly getting stuck in loading screens that freeze up at 99% and the frames are skipping all over the place. Not only are they skipping but the frames are jumping all over the screen. All the server maintenances don't do anything to fix the game and seems like it is making things worse by the day. Not onoly does the maintenance every couple of days do nothing to fix the game, it is actually causing the game to roll back and anything I do right before the maintenance is getting lost or reset. Anything I buy with topaz gets lost becuase of the rollback that resets everything but it doesn't even give me back my topaz. WTH is going on and what are the devs doing? They are ruining the game more and more everyday rather than fixing it. THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW BEFORE THEY MAKE IT ANY WORSE!

Picture that black square shifting all around my screen along with my character moving like they are running into a wall over and over again. Tha's what my game looks like right now. I can't even count how many times the server has crashed since after today's reset. Again, WTH IS GOING ON AND WHAT ARE THE DEVS DOING TO FIX THIS AMONG ALL THE OTHER NEW PROBLEMS THAT STARTED HAPPEING JUST THIS MONTH?

he dear i will report you but tell me how old is your pc because i have the same issue with the frames but i have a laptop 15 years old so its natural that it cant support the game , did you try to update your windows use a tool to clean up your registry from junks and clear your cashes and make room removing otehr junks use a good antivirus also to search and check your internet speed also
