   Please make sure you are logged on the correct GTarcade profile. As you can see your platform is GTArcade not Facebook (you're logging on GTArcade website with Facebook, but it's not Facebook platform). Please make sure you login correctly.

I had the same problem. I turned off the app and turned it on again. An update addeared so I let the app to download it, then at the top of the screen I switched to "main screen". Now at the bottom of the screen, I can change the server to another (screen below).
