I just recharged on the app then swiched to another account then it refuses to allow recharge. Maybe it saves it or registers it to one account maybe? Any advice would be helpful. Haven't tried facebook recharge to see if it'll work again. Just be clear it worked on account 1 but not account 2.

hey red, it seems the issue is with your card, please call the bank that has issued it and talk to customer service. Bank may think it is a fraudulent/suspicious activity.

Bank says it never went to them. I just tried it and worked on account 2 but forgot to change the amount. (I'm guessing that cant be fixed now) I tried again with correct amount but was denied again same reason. I'm guessing its related to securecode which I'm confused how works. So I'm guessing an unknown amount of time is needed to wait before it goes through. If anyone has had this issue I'll take advice other wise thanks for your time and feel free to close the ticket so to speak.

Hi again
If your account balance checks out and the bank is saying they did not tag the transaction as  fraudulent/suspicious, then you should try Facebook recharge as well.
So far we have no other reports regarding client recharge issues so please let us know if the other option works - it means we will have to consider it a client app bug

Best guess is it relates to the secure code that shows in the top right of the first picture. They could check the last attempt to see why it failed but I'm going to guess they'll just say contact bank. I just got this card and with online crime jumping I'm sure it wasn't explained to me that I cant use it back to back.

Just figured might as well use this chance to solve the problem before others start to have the same issue. Either way not going to waste anymore of yalls time if the devs aren't going able to check why it didn't work. If its not on their end then this is done. I'll just need to remember to do it after reset. A quick suggestion related to this maybe they need a cart so we can recharge mult times but only be charged once a day for it (if I'm being clear enough).

hey red, i am following what you are saying, and will see about adding the suggestion, but paying thru fb or even paypal might be a possible solution, or at the very least a option to use. Hope this gets worked out for you.
