Lag issues on both web and desktop app

I'm having an issue the last two or three days on all my servers, using both the GTarcade web site andthe desktop app.  There is a sizable lag in game actions.  I have determined the lag is not on my end,
so I am not sure what is happening.  It has been particularly frustrating to have a 30 second lag between
click and the card turning in Tarot Cards.  It pretty much kills the attempt.  It also hit me during Team
Dungeon (which I was doing solo at the time), causing me to miss out on a Gold finish.

Is there anything that can be done about it?

Hello there, please post your full info for any report - game name, server and platform
And please explain how exactly have you determined the lag is not on your end. You can try this https://www.speedtest.net/ to test you connection speed

yes, there is a problem with Tarot cards for about a year now.  I was first reported it extreme lagging.  And many other players report the same problem.  But Mods denied it and swept it under the rug.  And I know its not my internet connection.  I have 1 gig internet speed.

We did actually test tarots plenty times for this lag, there is some but it's really random, pretty much like demonic war, we could not demonstrate it for the devs since their connection to the game is lightning speed compared to all us mortals, and from the recordings we received the lag wasn't half as bad as some of our own servers, and I think all this was explained back then?
