Hi Pawan,

Dragonsoul lagging really bad (to the extent it appears to completely freeze) has been an issue since 2014/15 and sadly the devs never resolved the issue.

It is caused by having too many unused dragon souls, and the ONLY way to make it work again is to load it and leave it (maybe take 2hrs or even longer) until it does eventually load, and then to devour as many as you can and keep the inventory low in future by using them up more regularly.

I would suggest using IE or Edge if you can (def not Chrome browser) and clear cache and cookies, close then reopen browser, and when loaded LoA again do not open any other feature - go straight to dragon soul icon on bottom bar and then leave it to load.
