Times got this problem: when finished payment, the diamonds giving process stopped, then no diamonds get!
I've submit this ticket to support times but never give me result! The support service like a robot, ervery time say the same words, or just let you wait, then just wait and wait!!!!
i actually got asked to send a screen shot of them not giving me the items as proof of the issue. I asked how to possibly do that since it didnt happen and it goes right back to auto replies.
