In Lucky Tree shop you can only get the low quality (rare and epic) that requires a lot of evolve to get to maximum quality. In Angel Party you can get the mythic quality which is better. Best option is Capsule Toys where you can get the top quality but it a bit more expensive - including a gold ticket.
