Since the start of our GTArcade website, we have Support Center where we hear your voices about the game. We've got thousands of valuable opinions and suggestions from you. But recently, we are having an upgrade on Support Center. What you send to us through Support Center might take a longer while to be responded.

To make sure that your problems can be resolved in time, we suggest that you report your problems via our forum for a quick resolution. You may report them this way:
1) Your personal issues may go to Support Section(http://community.gtarcade.com/forum.php?mod=forumdisplay&fid=2040).

I think it's terrible that GTArcade and Youzu game refuses to compensate or refund players for lost items or money when the game, server, or events go down or glitch. It's a terrible policy and bad customer service.

It shows you do not value your customers.

  • mindmuncher, i think even if all the players left, the number of staff mod dev GM are enough people for them to continue playing the games by themselves, as you can see there are a few of them in each server that seem to have unlimited diamonds to compete against us, also, they can always create a bug/lagg on purpose so that we cannot continue, that way it's a win-win for them. And if we are serious about it, it would provoke us to recharge. And the compensation given to all does not give back to the one who was actually lost. But they didn't think as if this keeps up, no one will waste their money to recharge anymore. I was supposed to rank 1st in this tycoon, but they messed up DW so i have no chance to win. It is according to their plan, there is no incident.

Does support center work in this game? I fill my ticket and when submiting it, it just refreshes and all fields are blank again. Tried with support@gtarcade.com, let's hope they will answer there.

  • lol i have reported this same issue lot of times...even to Yozu HQ...my ticket support never has work...more than 2 year in this game.

    Reality is that Gtarcade have not interest in providing technical support...so they give out that responsibility to mods in forums.

we all have probs with rune take down rune for higher inscript and its vanish #11 fix amulet soon and want my rune back server ua166 ign Morphja there is no screenshot cuz i dont was know that happend. its happend not only to me much of us lost rune fix that amulet bug

the game is perfect ,but I have an issue in Craft Master.I always lose my stones since i started playing the game ,I don't know why it always happens with me

perfect Philosopher's  Stones  

i realize that when every Craft Master event happens ,stones were not saved
this driving me crazy ,cause i want to save them for 3 or 4 events to get something with high value

  • to save up for craft master , it is important to save the point cards, not the stones. The stones can't be saved. But the point cards can, so save them up until you have enough points to craft something big.

  • BR in this game is useless... use for thought and planning to make it work... I have had to reduce mine by putting my party in formations that deducted over 1 mil BR but I won... so ignore BR... its just stupid to rely on it

  • it is true BR doesn't mean anything  I can give an example if u have an entire party set up that has like 14 million BR u can still beat a party that has even 20 million BR , but if you have only a main setup against another main with more BR u probably will loose , main power means a lot until you get very late game

Don't know why it would affect the password reset either. I haven't been on this in almost a year so I entirely forgot my PW for the Micro Client and have since wiped the hard drive, so no Remember Me is gonna fix that. Then I get told "Vegetable Reply01:4312/01/2016
Dear player, your account is a FB account and you need to contact facebook if you want to reset your account. Have a nice day" even though I specifically told them the IGN and the server. My FB account is linked to the same e-mail as my client account.

Didn't think it could any worse, then they have an UPDATE TO SUPPORT!!! I'm not paying more to restart another character. I'll play WoW or FF XIV first!!!

    As not all alliances had Demonic war sheduled for 17th 21:00, its unfair to us that had to loose all gold and tycoon points. I missed out on 100k daily tycoon reward and all abt 30-40k points. (I am in alliance Talos on server Ishkur607 / UA54). Some servers missed out on Gauntlet as well, not all. Not to mention all mooncakes I was not able to collect rewards for and angel-quiz plus crafting. so do NOT say as usually sorry and ty for patience, only alliances with DW sheduled MUST get a new one tomorrow and servers with gauntlet 40k Tycoon points and 300 mil gold minimum. midyar event has to get one more day of collecting time as craft.

PS : the bugs section in the forum is not so good  you should have merged that with support section because only one FM is allowed to make reports from there and as you well know they rarely accept reports from the Bugs section so if you want to make a good thing remove the bug section or fuse  it with support section and rename it Support + Bug section.

so nothing will change your making it so that it takes  a year to get back to us now because it sure took loner then a few days like it said  why even have it when the devs don't do a fing thing to fix are problems even after we provide all the screen shots just shut the thing down and tell everyone your own your on I mean hell were already doing that now because they are to fing greedy to fix any thing even after we show proof
