Hello all i want to share my problem cause this company in the end only wants our money and when it comes to explain or even brief us with some info they shut their mouths.
On 14 of April i recharged 9,99$ for my Rebate on Special Orders . i made the transation but order nuber never came neither diamonds i recharged. So i made a ticket explaining what happened. Because i knew they would ask some proof i contacted my bank and they gave me tha Bank Approval with a number showing i paid GTArcade 9,99$ and i told em to contact their bank so we could end the order. it's 16th of April and they dont even answer me anything though i sent em 4-5 messages. So now i lost 10$ + they totally ignore me. If any DVE Admin watch this post SHAME ON YOU FOOLING PEOPLE AND DONT HAVE PROPER SUPPORT. As it seems you care only to get people money and nothing more.

thing is my ticket is there from 14th of April. i lost all the advantages i wanted to gain from that recharge because you are lazy to find the source of problem and solve it. Who is gonna give me the time i wasted waiting or the rewards i lost? Or my nerves cause i see my money dissapearing and nothing gained? Answer me this. Instead of pointing fingers to support failsters

You can go after them Legally ...I did it to R2 games.I got money back and they even gave me huge Compensation.So my bank wouldnt sue them.Tell your bank that they stole your money.In the eyes of the Law that is a crime.hit me up in PM if you would like more information

  • mate i paid via credit card . Visa and the money were sent. My bank approved it via phone baning too. they told me the approval code of transfer   the company they were sent (GTArcade)

Dispute the charge. You will get your money back. You are protected by the credit card company. I have never had any problem getting my money back when I filed a dispute.

  • So now i have to run to bank to ask dispute to collect many papers to do it to waste my time and my nerves for their lack of support , plus to lose my control cause they ignore me 2 days now. No mate i'll wait Monday and then i'll sue them . End of story

Since you didnt get order no , it means that your money didnt reach GTArcade and your payment is refused by payment company. Your money will return to your account in 2-3 days. It highly recommended that please post this type of issue in support section so that your problem can be resolved fastly by moderators.  Tickets take lot of time plus saturday and sunday is holiday for staffs.

Bro the fact that u only waited 2 days and throwing a fit, especially not on BUSINESS days .. right there shows me to not take you seriously ... :/ People have lives outside of your 10$ issue, i am sure they are dealing with things at the pace they can, its a new game of course there will be bugs.  To say they stole from u because u didn't get a reply over a weekend is just immature.

First of all a nobody like you is not in position to judge me . Secondly ticket in support was made same day so its 5 days 3 + weekend . They demand to pay instantly and they deliver thats the policy . so when an error occurs as they saw too..... i demand instantly refund so i could re-apply so i would get my bonuses. When they stopped talking me for hours, (we were communicating in support and suddenly end of story) of course i'll get mad we are talking for REAL money no matter the fund. So sit tight and stop adding posts to your account just because you dont have anything else to do .

  • 8 days week ? they don't work on saturday and sunday ? PRIMETIME DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT ? if they dont' want to work on week end they can shut the servers also down due to their lack in interest.
