I recharged 400 gems.  My silver monthly pack activated however my "special offer" never was sent to me.  I went to "special offer" and the 11 hours i had left is now reset and the bar is back to 0.  Did i miss something or did i not recieve my 200 gem bonus?

in order for the special offer to be available you have to have spent a certain of gems/bought a certain amount of items from the special offer. When the recharge rebate is availble it will show you.

  • where it shows the diamonds in the pouch 7 it says you cant get this yet, when you can it will say that you've recharged & can get usually 200/200

  • If this was directed to me, it was not helpful.  i stated i had charged the bar and the recharge bonus was available.  i also included my purchase which was for the $10 pack.  that is greater then the 200 gems that is required to qualify.  You need to pay more attention to the post if youre going to comment support.

Greetings!

Thank you for your question I will answer as best I can,

The recharge rate is for purchasing those items that are a part of the special offers. They reset every day, and the bar reset because now you have less points to get to because your VIP changed. The recharge rebate occurs once you've filled the bar, and works for your next recharge of diamonds.

Also, if you are looking for the bonus from your diamond purchase, on the top left of your screen there should be a "VIP" and a number, clicking on that will take you to the bonus you get from the purchase. Picture enclosed.

Hello benno.  Sorry you are having this issue.  You can submit a ticket on this issue for them to look into it. For part of this issue the screen shot you supplied us only shows you purchased 1 item which will not fill the bonus bar or activate the bonus. I hope this answeres your question.
