You all did a maintenance to server Hades lost about 20k diamonds of mine and a lot of other stuff that I do not care. And in return I get your generic 1K diamond back.  This is unacceptable and you are all dumb.  In ticket support ignores all my tickets, it's like business as usual. It is a fact that you are losing players and this is why you are losing them. Every patch or maintenance you do your mess the game up for weeks, you lose items for players and your never replace  them or even acknowledge that you lose them.


Just so you know developers, I can copy and paste this message everyday, so there is really no point in deleting them.  People should know that your business etics are horrible.

It's simpler to do a charge back with apple for in game items not given and then repurchase if you wish ... It isn't worth all this

Honestly support people do you think I complain for fun? Just go and look at the freaking statistics of your server Hades!!!!! It is a freaking mess!!!!!!!! This is not just happening to me, it's server wise!!!!!!! If you really do not have any idea what's going on, then at least say so! But it's impossible to play your freaking game like this. I can almost bet hat server Hades has 50 users left and dropping!!

  • No you have not replied to my issue nor have you fixed it. I have given young information and nothing has changed. As a matter of fact, my account progress of 1 day is lost plus 100 shards of Hime. Your game is a drasgrase. 50 ppl of my friend list have quit already. I am about to quit just putting up with your incompetence.

They just did it again!!!!!! Everytime they do a maintenance they reset my account and I lose too much stuff to even they to inventory it!!!!! And I didn't participate in any of their events this time, because now I k ow that they are complete morons, and put out evens that they do not what you to participate, because then you are apparently "cheating" give me back my missing 20k diamonds, my Hime was 6 stars at lvl 90, legendary 3, one run away from 4, and fully equipped, refined, and enchanted with full heavenly set equipment, omega-tron was lvl 90 legendary 4 all rune minus the lvl 99 rune, Athena had her ultimate developed to lvl 9, I had blackfeather and emperor at lvl 35 and runes and developers to the max that their levels allowed, behemoth was at lvl 90. Not to mention that all the skill levels of the talked above heros whew maxed. I am also missing about 140 shards of crusader and 80+ of Hime. Those are just one of the many things that I am missing and got messed up. I have 125 heros I cannot run a detail inventory in all of them. I swear to God if this is not remotely resolved I will quit your damn game, one thing is for sure, I already quit spending on it since the last maintenance.

I made a ticket or somewhat off the topic situation 5 days ago. Not even a response.

I believe you probably must have made used of the bugs after the maintenance hence they have re-rolled your account, causing you to lose all the diamonds and all those bugged stuff.

Good god man,
Do they have some personal vendetta against you man. These are beyond stupid mistakes to happen twice to a paying customer. I hope they wake up before players develop a mutiny and spam their PR to dirt.

  • By what I have been able to gather these account resets every maintenance are only happening to users in the Hades server. It's not personal I hope, it's just pure stupidity and lack of game management

I am beginning to think this game and he developers do have something personal against me. It turns out that now I can't log in Into Hades server to play the game. I use an iPhone 6 Plus to play the game and I cannot connect to the servers throughly my home internet or my cell phone provider (Verizon). But I am able to connect to all the other damn servers where I should start a new character from nothing. I am really starting to think conspiracy theories here!!!!!!!
