     I am sorry you are having this experience. Could you please give me more details regarding your issue so we can further help you? Please provide me with your recharge method, recharge amount, order number, screenshot, in-game name and server number where you are currently trying to recharge. Any/all of this information provided will greatly help us in locating/fixing your issue. Thank you in advance. I look forward to your reply.

Thank you for the quick reply. I am not sure of this myself so I will forward this to a senior administrator who handles recharges. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient I am trying my best to get this resolved for you in a timely manner.

This can be done quicker if you have any extra information that I requested. It makes it difficult to locate your issue with only your forum name as information.

    Again I am sorry for the issue you are having. I was just informed that you must contact Mobiamo. This is not a problem with GTArcade but a problem with Mobiamo failing to send you the required code that you need. So please, contact them as soon as you can to get your issue resolved. I am truly sorry and hope you can get this fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for contacting GTArcade. I wish you the best.
