Hello, I already submitted a ticket on Kabam's website for LOA, never receive a response. I will explain the problem which is simply that i made four purchases on the same day ,May 6, and only receive one item. The last three purchases on the website stated that the purchase didn't go through. The reason i did more than one after the first was to make another purchase but the website failed to make the purchase. I insisted two more times, not knowing that the all three transactions had gone through. The next day i found out that all four transactions had gone through on my bank account. Today I checked on Paypal to check if Kabam Inc. had receive the money which appears on completed transaction. I waited patiently for a response but it has been 5 days and no email or in game messages to show that they know about the problem. I am asking for a refund of $300 in which I never receive anything from them. Overall it was a website error and I was not aware the purchases were taking place with no product being given for proof of purchase. Hopefully there is a solution.

Is it possible that I get a refund. I never asked to be reimbursed in diamonds, since i was not even giving the accurate amount. I only do recharges during preciuous pro events and at the time of the error so was the prismatic wheel to be a good value of my money. I really disagree with the diamonds, when I never mention that I needed to a be credited with them. Please be considerate of the refund.

Still waiting, is this how you fix the problem. Neglect that an error occur and proceed with taking money that wasn't suppose to be receive by your side. I'm really battered by this manner of resolving a problem ignoring one's argument and changing the value of the situation .
