Hi d4miyu,
I also use PayPal when recharging my gta accounts. I have never seen the page you have a ss of though.
The proper way to recharge through PayPal is as follows:
Logged into character>Recharge (redirects to new tab for recharge)>select E-Wallet>verify step 1> select amount in step 2> select PayPal in step 3> click recharge. (Note: if box pops up with WorldPay info then click on the blue link saying Use different card in order to redirect to PayPal).
At this point you will be redirected to a page with your order summary on the left and on the right you will login to PayPal if you are not already. You then confirm the order and will receive a recharge successful message if it went through.
Before closing the screen you would then check the account you recharged to in order to verify you received your topaz.

e know this might have been a mistake, so we suggest that you cancel your chargeback application, spend the same amount on another recharge, or you may remit the chargeback sum to our corporation Paypal account.

there is no way to send gtarcade funds to cover a chargeback. You would need to request from PayPal to cancel the dispute and if they do not then let me know and I will need a screenshot of your payment history, ign and server and I will personally escalate the issue up since you did not request the dispute/chargeback yourself. I cant promise anything but i will work on it until we get the best possible resolution for you.
