9 weeks still waiting! Starry Dream points dissappeared after merge

starry dream l dont know how many lucky points i had exactly but it was around 1300 reset down to 20 so i would really like these back and no theres no picture i have saved them since event started minus a few i'd been posting in support for 9 weeks finally got a reply that said post here

Sorry for the inconvenience . But i don't think they will give back the points. After the merged we reported this type of issue a lot but the only response we got was this "We ran a compensation event on 5/19 and 5/20." So sry, can't help in this mater.
