need help with missing br.

all i did was open character went to cedric open runes and done the 5 for devotional point and closed it and i lost 21414 in br. i look and my main hits dropped 4k atk dropped 30k hp 40k. i have checked everything and nothing main characterise is missing. is there anyway dev or tech can look and tell me wat going on

Hello friend since there are many things which can affect our BR ( Gems , Homestead , Equipment etc etc. ) its very difficult for my superiors to pinpoint the cause . So I urge you to check your character and see if u removed any gems by mistake or removed any angel from guardian angels etc etc . Please infrom if you are able to find the cause ,if not then I will make a report and request my superior to try to find it for you . Thank you
