Just reazlied this forum was a thing, will try to use this from now on instead of the ticket system.
Recharge ability blocked, with note that "Payment Suspended", would like to recharge ability unblocked.

IGN: D4rkWhispers

I DID dispute two transactions (on 6/1 and 6/5) via my credit card company that led to this block, but they were legitimate disputes: both were charged to my credit card, but I got nothing in game and there is no record of them in my payment history.

Yet both charges showed up on my account, so I submitted a ticket, waited couple weeks for no response, then I disputed them (again, did not know this forum was a thing).

I did not dispute any other charges on my account cause I got what I paid for, I only disputed those two.

Please unblock my recharge ability.

I am sorry to hear you were having issues. i understand that the disputes were due to the charges not falling off of your credit card after not receiving the diamonds and you waited long enough for that to happen. I have submitted your information to the dev team with the request to lift the payment suspension. I will let you know when they respond. This may take 1-2 business days to get a response on. Hi,

Just want to follow up on this, I just got an in-game mail saying that my chargeback was improper and that I already used the recharge to activate VIP, so I need to reverse the chargeback or else my account will be blocked.

Is this the dev team response you were talking about, because that doesn't make sense based on what I said before (no gems and no payment history of it).

If I can get proof that I got the gems, I will gladly admit to my mistake and reverse the chargeback, no problem. I'm not here to steal anything.

"Hello:
We've checked your character, and have found that the reason why you cannot recharge is because you've applied for chargebacks. Could you please take a look at this payment, 146473730895570,146514536036357 ? With any chargeback, the purchased credits must be returned by the user. Unfortunately you have already used the credits you’ve bought with the recharge and are not eligible for a chargeback.
Keep in mind this has violated the fairness of trade agreement in our Terms of Agreement (TOS). We would like you to understand that since your chargeback was completed but you have already used your purchased credits, this action can be considered cheating and/or fraud. As such, accounts must be banned for a certain period (or even permanently). 
We know this might have been a mistake, so we suggest that you cancel your chargeback application, spend the same amount on another recharge, or you may remit the chargeback sum to our corporation Paypal account. 
Our corporation Paypal account is: pay.gtarcade@youzu.com. Please show us the transaction ID once you send back the charge amount. 
We hope you will consider the concerns we have expressed here. If you accept and have chosen from the options above, please inform us. Thank you for your understanding! We hope you can continue to enjoy the game! "

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply again, I didn't have the numbers before and now that I checked again, I realized I made a mistake and confused the transactions and cards.

Please let the devs know I apologize for my mistake and that I contacted my credit card company and reversed the chargebacks, but they said it will take about 72 hours before it takes effect.

Hi,

I would like to follow up on this, can you check to make sure that the disputes were reversed on your end?

I confirmed with my credit card company that they were already, but my payment suspension is still in place.
