This is the 4th time am writing about the same issue because I've received no help whatsoever from the mods or the devs on why my recharging is not working. I've tried everything I possibly could to try and do it but it just doesn't work.

    I have a reply from the development team.
    They said the money recharged has failed, which may be due to card being linked to mulitple ip address.
    They recommend you contact the bank to allow the transactions to go through.
    Sorry for the lateness but we just got the report back today.
