I've made my payment, my mol account has been deducted but no topaz on my game screen and theres no statement reflected on my payment history, fix this issue ASAP.

    There should be a first recharge thing at the top of the screen, same place 7-day carnival and event stuff were, click that and it should say redeem. Click the redeem button.
