abyss and imperial gear shards

ok it has been 5 days since I put in a ticket on this and a total of 6 days that my imperial gear shards has disappeared - along with other things not working properly. please tell me some one is at least working on this and that I am not being ignored. this is getting very frustrating. i realize i posted in wrong forum - so am duplicating the post here. i also not recieving all awards in arena. please please fix
