I accidently selected "use all" for my lucky capsule on June 28.  I used approximately 880 capsules on June 28 and left the other 600 (approximately) for the next day.  The following day, June 29, my number of attempts was at 2!  There were 2 more days for the events and I thought the attempts would carry over like in other events.  Is there a way to get my lucky capsules or attempts back please?  I submitted a ticket and the reply I received told me to make a comment on the forum. Thank-you for your help!

hi, kouhai has noticed your post. the capsule toy attempts are reset on a daily basis that is why you lost your 600 attempts.

  • Thank-you for your attention to my post.  I see that my attempts have rest.  It does not say that remaining attempts will be lost at rest.  600 capsules is a lot to lose, could you please ask if there is anything that can be done for me, such as returning my unused attempts?  This would mean a lot to me.

    I appreciate your help with this issue

  • Plus, it should say in the Toy Capsule screen that unused attempts will reset to zero at the end of the day.  This would help avoid this mistake.

  • I think lan is asking can you request a return of the unused capsules? People get returns for purchasing wrong items and such quite often....so it should be worth forwarding as a request for return of the caps.

  • Mizundrstd's comment is very wise.  From a customer/business point of view people make mistakes and it is great when the service provider can help undo the mistake.  The more a business works with their customers, the more the customer will spend and stay.

Hi!
I am doing a follow up to my post.  At the time I selected "quick reply" with out realizing that "reply" would have been the better choice.  I received advice from Ladylego and  she suggested that I contact you again. My case is as follows: in the Capsule Toys screen there is no mention that attempts reset at the end of day.  I accidently hit "use all" and I could not read the item description of the Lucky Capsule to know about attempts reset.   I feel very silly and sad that I lost my attempts and I now know that attempts reset...I would like to ask if your could (pretty) please refund the capsules that I lost. I play this game everyday and I like LOA.  Thank-you for your consideration.

Thank-you greatly!  I appreciate you taking the time to look into my situation .  I agree that granting my request would be kind of LOA, and I also hope LOA would see it as creating good relations with the players.  Despite playing for 3 years, I find there are still many aspects of this game to learn...lol.

Dear moderators,

Thank-you to all those that have replied to my forum post, I appreciate your time and effort .  I know that the developers are busy so please excuse me asking for an update.  It has been quite a while since I first put in my request...could someone give me an update?

Also, I would post this in the Support section but I don't know how to move my thread into that section
