Adding Feature: Notes about guild members

I play this game already a few days and as Guild leader I miss a feature that let me make notes about people in my Guild. Multiple times I had to write things that were disscussed (profession, age, and so on) and seemed important to me down on a separate excel sheet. I do this to have a more bound together Guild, to interact with every member and have something to talk about with every single one of them.

It would be aswell good to have these notes permanently bound on a user (only seen by the one who wrote it). Otherwise if someone is kicked from guild without any reason and can join back in afterwards the notes will be lost. As I meet everyday many people, I simply can't memorize all these informations.
