Gosh, is this how this game is? Poor support and tons of recharge complains?? It's been a week since the recharge and all I got was "this case was reported".

I am now DEMANDING for a refund!

   I apologize for the lateness of this reply, as I was on a medical leave. I have gotten word back that the charge has failed and the money should be returned (if not already) to your bank account in a few days. It is advised you make sure your card is not tied into multiple accounts and/or that you do not do recharges with the same card with different ip addresses as this could cause a flag on card usage and block it.
