Can some one Plz explain me why there in Hero shop is so hard to draw Myth hero shards or on what % they are actualy Gived out?

i think it culd be more fair if the for every 50 refreshes we got a Chanse to draw 5 shards of myth hero,..

and 1 more thing is there even a posibility to get a Myth hero card for specific amount of souls or diamonds or there is only shards posibe to get

Dear player.
At the moment mytic hero shard only show in shop after you reach lvl 60, and also has very low %. I will suggesst to dev team to try and increase % more.
