Why is it you do nothing for those of us who pay for your game when we make tickets? I play Angel Alliance and have many MANY tickets regarding MANY in game issues I've personally had as well as guildies and friends. You never reply to the tickets and I am robbed of event turns. As well as the game in itself stays broken and you add to it without repairing it.

hi, kouhai has noticed your post. not really sure if gta has a different game named angel alliance. anyway, this is the LoA 1 forums. nonetheless it has already been mentioned a long time ago that the tickets will be harder to process as there are very limited number of staff handling it. we the mods can report the problems for you in case you have any issues. we don't really know what tickets you have sent so it's best to start your thread somewhere here in the support section with the issues you have sent to the ticketing system. kindly provide your ign, server and details for the issues you are encountering.

  • hey, do you still need screenshots on how some players can't play CS? And this problem is known to all of you but until now it is not fixed nor compensation is given to us who cant enter. Dont ask for IGN. This is a problem for many players.

https://www.kabam.com/games/angel-alliance/play (look on the link on the page you will see "GTarcade") I get mail in regards to LoA and LoA 2 in my game its been 1 year since I have had any reply through tickets to support and they never do anything but respond with three basic responses never actually pay attention to the content of the ticket, it's like an automated message. (And I don't mean the 2 business days message I mean your support staff respond robotic to everything) I am in Server 13 And my name is Divine Omega. I have lost over 40 capsule toy turns because of a reset (even when an event hasn't ended yet) and I have lost over 500 house of card turns even though I did not spend them and even though it was not flashy cards. I've been short handed in so many issues in the game that if you seriously want a list of issues I can try to make the screenshot of every non responded ticket. I do appreciate you responding to this and if I may reach out to y'all I have hope that I can fix the broken game and get refunded for all my losses that took me months to obtain (there is also a broken feature in the game that if a player has only one imperial armor piece equipped they get the full bonus for full gear)

Hello Divine Omega,
Before opening a report, I would like to be sure:
- about capsule coins, did you lose them because of daily reset? If yes, this is not a game issue, it is intended like that ans stayed on the capsule description.
- about HoC attempts, did they vanish at the end of an event? Once again this is normal, draw attempts don't carry on to next event.
In any case, screenshots of the issue (showing the 0 remaining capsule or attempts) are needed.

About the imperial gear, could you be kind enough to post SS about it, and collect in game name of players that abuse the bug, so devs can investigate and fix it?

There is no such disclaimer about either event. HoC is up at this moment and I have looked on every tab regarding it and there is no claim. Only that flashy cards will not recycle through. Not unused turns you activated. If you do not believe me, you yourself can look at it on Angel alliance by creating a character during the event in server 13 to see everything in regard to HoC As for the imperial gear. Why do I need to screenshot it, why can't you plainly just look at it yourself as well? This is what I mean. Screenshots can be exploiting tools that only give the help the ability to discount what is lost. Screenshots can be edited "photo shopped" and in many cases your request to show something just can't work, like "can you screenshot the page booting you from team dungeons" for an example (that has been used)

heres proof of the cards though...  Those are recent gained cards, whats missing is what I lost last one that I never got a reply for in ticket.

I have taken my gear off and placed it back on, I am only getting the agility boost on my 4 pieces. Brutus has 1 piece and the agility attack and rage boost and Alexex has 2 pieces and agility attack and rage boost. I am losing a lot of my effectiveness and not just in the armor, there are other in game glitches that make me "hurt" (Also one piece says it only gives me a two piece bonus while another piece says it gives me credit for 4....) Also see how the gear that counts 4 pieces counts a ring even though my four pieces are not including a ring?

yes you are correct that the HoC doesnt say anything about once you use the cards that they dont carry over like the advanced and mystery do. GT needs to make better notes and hints on that event. it is a learn the hard way lesson, and the capsule toys many have made that mistake because they didn't look at the description of the cards in inventory, Gt doesn't make it obvious in the event
ok, to help with the gear, you only need to activate the bonus on 1 piece of equipment per hero/ character, the rest are not used, per your SS you will notice that it is based on tier/quality of gear, GT has made it very confusing by using 3 different terms for the same gear, L/S, basic/advanced, T1-4. so you have to muddle thru the usages. so on some of your imp gear it is basic imp and only looks for other basic gear to make sets, (that includes S1 and S2) and then you have advance imp, which includes (L1 and L2)
