I am on ua167 server and I also have not got the cards to pick after the final battle therefore not getting the reward unlocked even though I have tried several times the result is always the same.

Getting cards and getting a reward unlocked sound like two different issues. Please could you clarify what you mean by this? I know after you beat a level you get to draw a card. However you are making this sound like you both didn't get to do this AND that you expected another reward aside from your basic card flip reward. Am I assuming what you are saying correctly? If it is a matter of card flips and you are not getting to choose one then I can report this for you but that aside there are not other rewards currently for completing the level on it's second difficulty setting.
