currently in the chinese version, if you charge 1000 diamonds, you can convert these diamonds to topaz. so 1 for 1. Also, ln the wheel of fortune event, it's not required topaz to play at all. Even for the vip4 section, you still can use diamond to play. Not sure why they change that in the english version. Maybe they think people from West is a lot more richer than the people from the East.
